Ultratech Bladder System Spill Containment Drum Deck Pallets

Ultratech spill deck bladder systems can be used for hazardous waste collection, storage of virgin chemicals, drum dispensing, and battery storage. Rust and corrosion free all polyethylene plastic construction provides excellent resistance to a broad range of chemicals including acids, solvents, and oils. Able to hold one to four 55 gallon steel or poly drums depending on configuration. Maximum spill capacity between 77 to 110 gallons. Maximum load capacity between 1,500 to 6,000 lbs.

These Ultratech spill decks feature a double layer polyethylene bladder for large, catastrophic leaks. Protective "trap door" opens automatically to allow bladder to unfurl. The modular design easily connects with other units using bulkhead fittings for greater customization. The bulkhead fittings not only "lock" connected modules together, but allow spilled liquids to flow from one module to the next. Meets EPA 40 CFR 264.175 and Uniform Fire Code Spill Containment Regulations.
