Please make sure your purchase order includes the following:
- Product model number, part number, or SKU
- Quantity of each item
- Applicable product options, if any
- Total freight amount with delivery method as shown on Shopping Cart or Quote
- Bill To and Ship To addresses
- E-mail address and other contact information of the person who should receive the order confirmation
