Return Policy and RMA Form

Before returning any product(s), please request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. Returns received without a valid RMA number are refused. Return requests must be submitted within 21 days from the date of delivery.

Order Cancellation
An order can be canceled any time before it is sent to the warehouse for shipping (we charge your credit card when the order ships or after 7 days, whichever is first). Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, any issues will be subject to the standard return policy and an order cannot be canceled.

Defective Items
Customers are 100% protected from any defects within the first 21 days of the delivery date.  For some defects we may need you to confirm the defect with the manufacturer's technical support team. Many times issues can be resolved over the phone with technical support.  Please contact us if you need the manufacturer's support phone number.  All qualifying defective items can be exchanged for the same or similar item with NO restocking fee upon request, or returned for a full refund.  After the 21 days any defects will be handled through the manufacturer's warranty program/policy.

Damaged Items
Customers are 100% protected from any damages from shipping.  We must be notified within 5 days of the delivery date for any claims of damaged items. Any claims made after the 5-day window will be rejected. If there is visible shipping damage, the receiver of the shipment must note on the delivery receipt before signing or the receiver may refuse the delivery. If there is concealed damage we will need pictures of the packaging and the damage on the item. As long these procedures are followed, the item will either be exchanged for the same item or replacement parts will be provided with NO hassles or fees.  Please do not dispose of the damaged item or parts until instructed by our Customer Service team as we must file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. Disposing of the damaged item prior to completion of damage claim may result in being billed for the replacement.

Received Something Different
If you receive wrong items or items you did not order, we will remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Providing pictures will help expedite the process. Do not dispose of any packaging.

Ordered By Mistake / Buyer's Remorse
If you are not satisfied with the product or ordered by mistake and wish to return the item(s), you must submit a request for return within our 21-day policy window. There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed and the customer will be responsible for shipping. After returning the item(s), the refund will include the total order amount minus any shipping charges and the restocking fee. All items must be in their original box and packaging in new condition. We recommend using shipping insurance when returning the item to the address specified in your return authorization approval (RMA) e-mail. If the merchandise arrives with shipping damage it will be refused and it will be the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to re-coup the costs of the order. 

Items that cannot be returned: Products requiring assembly cannot be returned if the items have been previously assembled. Made to order or special order items cannot be returned.


Shipping Procedure for Returns
We will respond to your request within 1 to 2 business days with questions or instructions on the next step via e-mail. RMA#'s are valid for 10 days and refunds are processed after thorough inspection of the item(s) and manager's approval.
