We have the right to refuse and/or retract any offer of free shipping and handling at any time. 17 ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed between the hours of 7AM-5PM Pacific time Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and a limited number of cultural/religious holidays. We reserve the right to delay, hold, or cancel any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, suspected use of fraudulent payment methods, general fraud, illegitimate customer information, customer information typographical errors, technical issues, bugs, or downtime, communication delays, issues, downtime, supplier and vendor issues, billing issues, or any other issue we have deemed appropriate to delay order processing. We reserve the right to have a minimum order processing time of 24 business hours. This policy supersedes any "Availability" information, "Shipping Estimate," or messaging related to the "ship out" time provided by the Website or members of our Customer Service team. This policy is irrespective of shipping methods and availability of items, products, or services.
