OZ Lifting 500 lb. Builder's Hoist is a lightweight and compact overhead lifting hoist with convenient mounting options designed for job sites. Comes with a 15 ft. power cord, 65 ft. control pendant, and it uses 115V, single-phase 60Hz power for operation. Dynamic and mechanical brake provides instant and safe braking. 500 lbs. load capacity. with 90 ft. lift height at 75 fpm.

Galvanized 3/16" wire rope includes a 360° weighted hook with a safety-latch. Builders Hoist features both an upper and a lower limit switch for additional safety. It has a sensor arm to shut-off the motor and prevent reverse winding, and it has an automatic shut-off feature when the rope reaches its limit. Quick-release power control and 25% duty cycle to minimize motor stress.

Also available with a 1000 lb lift capacity.
