Return Policy and RMA Form
Before returning any product, please request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. Returns that do not have a valid RMA number are refused. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
Order Cancellation
An order can be canceled any time before it is sent to the warehouse for shipping (we only charge your credit card after the order ships). Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped it will fall under our standard return policy and cannot be canceled.
Damaged Items
Items damaged during shipping may qualify for exchange or free return. Please see the following details. We must be notified within 14 days of the delivery date for any claims of damaged items. Any claims made after the 14-day window will be rejected. For faster and easier return processing, the customer/receiver should note any visible damage or possible damage to the delivery driver immediately upon delivery. The item's original packaging must be maintained for inspection and a valid damage claim. As long the procedures above are followed, the merchandise will be exchanged for the same or similar item with NO restocking fee.
Defective Items
Defective merchandise will need to be reported directly to the manufacturer in order to confirm the defect. In most cases, defective items turn out to be an installation issue rather than a defect. Please contact us if you need the manufacturer's support phone number. Upon contacting the manufacturer, they will either issue you a case number or ask you to provide us the contact so we can verify the defect with them on your behalf. Most items we sell are backed by a manufacturer's warranty that provides technical service and support directly from the factory. However, if the defect is claimed within our 14-day policy window, and you prefer to go completely though us for the claim, we will accept your request for an exchange. All qualifying defective items will be exchanged for the same or similar item with NO restocking fee.
Received Something Different
If you received items you didn't order, we will remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Please contact us immediately.
Ordered By Mistake
If you don't like the product, ordered by mistake or for any other personal reason wish to return the item(s), you must submit a request for return within our 14-day policy window. There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping. After receiving the item(s), the refund will include the total order amount minus any shipping charges (including products that are marked as free shipping) and the restocking fee. All items must be in their original box and packaging in new condition. We recommend using shipping insurance when returning the item to the address specified in your return authorization approval (RMA) e-mail. If the merchandise arrives with shipping damage it will be refused and it will be the customer's responsibility to make a claim with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Procedure for Returns
We will respond to your request within 1 to 2 business days with questions or instructions on the next step via e-mail. RMA#'s are valid for 10 days and refunds are processed after thorough inspection of the item(s) and manager's approval.
