Vestil Counter Balanced Powered Drive 1100 lb Load Lift Stacker

Vestil S-CB-118 counter-balanced DC powered drive fork stacker is ideal for die loading, machine feeding, and for loading and unloading trucks. Features a 1100 lb. load capacity and 118" lift height. The high torque drive and lift motor handles heavy-duty jobs. The ergonomic handle with an easy-to-operate throttle includes infinite adjustment of forward and reverse speeds, lift/lower, emergency reverse function, and horn. Well-suited to handle both skids and pallets.

This DC powered drive lift stacker offers state-of-the-art safety for a level of operator protection which is unmatched by any unit on the market today. An electromagnetic disc brake with automatic dead-man feature activates when the user releases the handle to eliminate unsupervised danger. Includes a special emergency reverse function unique to its design.

When the S-CB-118 proprietary emergency reverse function is actuated, the emergency reverse belly switch instantly reverses direction and moves the unit forward (away from the operator) until the switch is released (or after five seconds have elapsed). A built-in safety circuit will automatically disable the entire unit if the emergency reverse belly switch is activated for more than five seconds. (The unit must then be reset to return to normal operating conditions.)

The Vestil counter balanced powered lift has two 12V lead acid deep cycle batteries, an integrated battery charger, and battery level gauge. The stacker rolls smoothly on poly-on-steel steer and load wheels. The high level of serviceability simplifies maintenance and prolongs equipment life. The forks adjust to suit different pallets and the easy access battery compartment simplifies battery maintenance.
