Ultratech In-Line Spill Containment Drum Deck Pallets

Ultratech in-line spill decks can be used for hazardous waste collection, storage of virgin chemicals, drum dispensing, and battery storage. Rust and corrosion free all polyethylene plastic construction provides excellent resistance to a broad range of chemicals including acids, solvents, and oils. Able to hold between three to six 55 gallon steel or poly drums depending on the configuration. Maximum spill capacity between 99 to 121 gallons. Maximum load capacity between 4,500 to 9,000 lbs.

The Ultratech in-line spill decks feature a double layer polyethylene bladder for large, catastrophic leaks. Protective "trap door" opens automatically to allow bladder to unfurl. (The 6-drum model does not use a bladder.) The modular design easily connects with other units using bulkhead fittings for greater customization. The bulkhead fittings not only "lock" connected modules together, but allow spilled liquids to flow from one module to the next.

These in-line spill decks offer a narrow depth that allows drums to be stored in a single row along facility walls to minimize space requirements. In-line models are pre-drilled and can be quickly assembled without tools. Meets EPA 40 CFR 264.175 and Uniform Fire Code Spill Containment Regulations.
