Justrite EN 30-Minute Fire Resistant 45 Gal Hybrid Flammable Storage Cabinet

Just-Rite EN 22603 30-minute fire 46" W hybrid one door flammable safety cabinet is constructed using multiple layers of fire-resistant gypsum and mineral fiber insulation. The cabinet body has a rugged powder coated steel exterior that provides excellent corrosion resistance. Under fire conditions, intumescent strips expand and hermetically seal all gaps to reduce heat entering the cabinet for 30 minutes of content protection and extended evacuation time. Storage capacity of 45 gallons. Ships fully assembled.

Just-Rite EN 22603 one door flammable safety cabinet offers a hybrid style door that opens or closes manually and includes a damper that adjusts the force needed to move it. In the event of a fire, the built-in fusible link system releases to allow automatic closure of door at 122 degrees Fahrenheit. Haz-Alert reflective trilingual warning labels are highly visible under fire conditions or during power outages when illuminated with a flashlight. Independent cylinder lock on door includes a locking state indicator.

This safety cabinet features three powder-coat finish steel shelves that adjust on 1.25" increments and have a load capacity of 165 lbs. Shelves with 1" high ledges prevent small containers from sliding off. Removable bottom 3" sump with detachable perforated insert features a 3-sided lip seal to ensure leaks or spills are captured. Keeps containers stored in the sump clean and dry.

The 30-minute fire resistant hybrid safety cabinet also features adjustable leveling feet, an integrated transport base for easy repositioning, and mandatory air vents per EN 14470-1. Vent butterfly valve closes securely at 158 degrees Fahrenheit in the event of a fire. Vents include flame arresters and caps for FM compliance. Independently fire tested and approved by FM Approvals. Tested and GS certified by MPA Dresden, this cabinet is EN 14470-1 / EN 14727 compliant and meets NFPA 30, NFPA 1, and OSHA standards.
