Bluff Lo-Dock LD 78" W mechanical dock leveler provides a loading ramp with extended lip to correct the height difference between docks and trailers. Tough steel diamond tread plate ramp and extended lip for smooth transition. Installs to any concrete dock without welding or modifications. Meant for an open dock, not where a door will shut on it. Complies with OSHA and ANSI standards. Maximum load capacity 20,000 to 30,000 lbs. Installation hardware sold separately.


These dock levelers operate by lifting the self-storing handle and pulling towards the dock floor. The latch assembly then extends the lip forward to the floor of the trailer. Automatically returns to stored position when trailer departs. Includes bumper blocks for protecting equipment. Designed for use with forklift trucks. Service range is 3" above and below dock for electric; 5" above and below dock for gas powered forklifts.


The Bluff Lo-Dock mechanical dock levelers are available in multiple sizes.
