Product Description

Acroprint TimeQPlus software allows you to keep track of up to 50 employees. Employees can easily clock in and out using TimeQPlus. Configurable for weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly pay periods. This software can generate over 15 reports including hours summary, holidays, missing punches, and daily totals by day. Automatically calculates hours worked and exports to most popular payroll software and services, including ADP, Paychex and QuickBooks. Can be setup for use in English, Spanish or French. Free 30 days of telephone support from date of purchase.


TimeQPlus is available in single software or network software/client PC punch. The single version allows for clocking in and out on one designated PC. The network edition allows for checking in at any networked PC, including PCs on individual employee desks for greater convenience. Only computers with the software installed on the same network will work. Terminals, such as magnetic stripe and barcode, are only compatible with the network edition.


TimeQPlus supports various upgrades. An additional 25 - 200 employees can be added for a variety of business sizes. A maximum of 250 employees can be supported. Please see "Recommended Accessories" on the right sidebar.


One year software support contract available for both single and network editions. Provides access to highly trained technical support specialists for 12 months (available during Acroprint business hours). Includes free software upgrades (within version purchased) and service packs. Gives priority status on support issues for quicker troubleshooting resolution.     The software is easy to use and set up was quick and easy. Very user - friendly program.

  • I have the TZ600 network version. We are a small plant with only one time clock. Is there a way for my employees to transfer departments on this timeclock?

    • The TimeQPlus software uses Work Codes to allow a company to calculate how an employee’s work time is applied to a specific department, project, task, etc. Please consult the manual on the product page for further details.
