Delivery & Shipping

Free Shipping - Customer Removes Item from Truck: if the customer has a raised dock or forklift this is ideal. The customer will be responsible to remove the item from the tailgate of the freight truck. If this option is chosen and the customer is not able to get it off the truck, re-delivery or return fees may apply.

Lift Gate/Curbside Delivery: This is required if you do not have a dock or forklift. The freight company will use a truck equipped with a lowering mechanism called a lift gate to lower the item(s) curbside or equivalent. You will be responsible to move the item from there.

Inside/Lobby Delivery: Delivery to inside first exterior doorway, garage or carport. Includes up to four steps exterior to doorway. No uncartoning or removal of debris.

White Glove Service Inside Delivery: Includes delivery, placement in desired location, un-cartoning & removal of debris. Includes up to 4 steps/stairs and/or elevator. If there are more steps/stairs please contact us.
