Lift Gate/Curbside Delivery: The freight company will use a truck equipped with a lift gate to lower the item(s) curbside or another safe location where the truck can access. The freight company will not be liable for the shipment or additional services after it is unloaded from the truck and signed off.

Inside Delivery: Delivery personnel will place goods inside ground floor only (no stairs or elevator).
