Free Shipping - Customer Removes Item from Truck: All safes ship free if the customer has a raised dock where the freight company can unload the item(s) with a pallet jack. If the delivery location does not have a dock but a forklift is available, this is sufficient. The customer will be responsible for the item once it is off the truck.  If this option is chosen and the customer is not able to get it off the truck, re-delivery and other service fees such as lift gate or inside delivery fees may be charged.
Lift Gate / Curbside Service: This is required if you do not have a dock or forklift. The freight company will use a truck equipped with a lowering mechanism called a lift gate to lower the item(s) curbside or equivalent. The customer will be responsible to move the item from there.
Inside Delivery: includes delivery, placement in desired location, un-cartoning, and removal of debris. Includes up to 3 steps/stairs and/or elevator. If there are more steps/stairs we will have to get a quote from the freight company so please choose accordingly.
