DataCare 2000 range is available in 4 sizes and designed to elegantly blend with any environment while providing superior protection for key computer records. Provides up to 2 hours fire protection for computer media. Feature double door construction with internal water resistant seals to prevent water damage from fire hoses and sprinklers. Construction protects contents from magnetic interference. Safes use a 7-pin pick resistant dimple key lock for privacy and extra security. The Phoenix Datacare 2000 series is our most popular series of data safes. They are specifically designed to protect data, media, backup tapes, CD's, photos, or anything made of plastic or containing magnetic information. These safes will also accommodate paper documents. The high fire rating of 125-2 hour makes them ideal for use in commercial buildings where fires can last very long.

Delivery and Shipping
Free Shipping - Customer Removes Item from Truck: All safes ship free if the customer has a raised dock where the freight company can unload the item(s) with a pallet jack. If the delivery location does not have a dock but a forklift is available, this is sufficient. The customer will be responsible for the item once it is off the truck. If this option is chosen and the customer is not able to get it off the truck, re-delivery and other service fees such as lift gate or inside delivery fees may be charged.
Lift Gate / Curbside Service: This is required if you do not have a dock or forklift. The freight company will use a truck equipped with a lowering mechanism called a lift gate to lower the item(s) curbside or equivalent. The customer will be responsible to move the item from there.
Inside Delivery: includes delivery, placement in desired location, un-cartoning, and removal of debris. Includes up to 3 steps/stairs and/or elevator. If there are more steps/stairs we will have to get a quote from the freight company so please choose accordingly.
