The only problem is that there is no on line support or site for Nakajima products. We have to deal with jobbers who charge you for any question. I had a problem with the keys that were all a the wrong place and finally realized that the daisy wheel that comes with the typewriter doesn't accept the PS. When at 10,12 or 15 everything wass all right. UPS charged me 65 + tax CN $ in custom fees. I think this is too much sice que USPS doesn't charge anything (Posted on 6/10/10)Value Quality Price
