I ordered a dozen of these for our new conference center. They arrived just two days later, in perfect condition despite the delivery person's tossing them around. Went together easily (OK, it took about 30 minutes per -- and I'm a cabinetmaker with all the tools). Expect assembly to take two people and up to an hour per chair. But the DigitalBuyer "impress me" factor really came into play when I found one chair had a (hard to spot) lumber defect. I called DigitalBuyer and they immediately shipped replacement parts -- the RIGHT parts for my chair. The (US-based) customer service person I spoke to was professional, friendly and prompt.
