I am tall (6'8") and required high seat. Specs stated seat would raise to 23.5". Only goes to 21". Does not permit recline, although misleading "features" describe "adjustable tilt tension" that implies recline is a feature. Phone rep confirmed incorrect seat height. Seat depth completely unsuitable for tall person. (Posted on 5/10/12)Price Value Quality
