THE CHAIR WAS A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE, I HAD TO USE A PILLOW. BUT THAT WASN'T THE PROLEM THE SEAT WAS THE SAME SIZE AS MY OLD CHAIR BUT THE ARMS MADE THE CHAIR SMALL, IT WAS TOO TIGHT FOR MY HUSBAND. SO I BOUGHT THE EUROTECH EXCELSIOR BM9000 , AND I'M SO PLEASED IT'S WORTH THE MONEY THE SEAT IS COMFY AND THE ARM'S PULL OUT , WHICH WE DON'T HAVE TO AND THE ARMS PULL UP. WE COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASEDPrice Value Quality

This is a good chair and is comfortable. I suffer with sciatica and have found some relief from the pain after buying this chair.
